Job Summary
Coordinate milestone governance and integrated planning management for the new Military Program, ensuring cross-functional alignment and visibility of critical paths. Lead capital investment planning and tracking activities while executing financial forecasting processes for QMI, budget, and forecasts. Prepare workstream operating cadences and Program Control Board materials, collaborating with the Advanced Program Manager on risk identification and action planning. Support the Commercial team during Price Investigation preparations with MoD by providing schedule, cost, and performance inputs. Master's degree in engineering and security clearance eligibility required. Salary range 49,125.00 - 65,500.00 EUR.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering
- Proven experience in project planning, control, and financial metrics management
- Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes
- Solid process discipline with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and data-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Availability to travel as required to support the business
- Eligibility to obtain security clearance from the Italian National Security Authority
- Valid work authorization, in accordance with local regulations
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation
