Job Summary
Regional Psychiatrist to oversee the psychiatric clinical programs in multiple states, conduct evaluations and assessments for patients, provide medication management, maintain medical records, provide clinical oversight of PMHNPs, collaborate with therapists and other professionals, participate in treatment team meetings, and pursue ongoing education; service areas include WA, ID, NV, UT, NM, CO, AZ, MT, WY, KS, TX, and OR.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a residency training program in psychiatry
- two years of post-residency experience as a psychiatrist in a psychiatric facility
- Licensure as a physician in applicable state
- Licensed by the applicable State Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license may be required
