Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans for members managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms while maintaining clear clinical documentation in our electronic medical record system, supported by an AI-powered clinical scribe. Coordinate care as needed and participate in clinical team meetings within a multidisciplinary environment. Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations while working independently in a remote setting. This full-time role offers a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and verifiable license from one of the following New Mexico licenses: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LMHC
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
- Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
