Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy primarily via telehealth with optional in-person sessions. Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Document clearly in the electronic health record and maintain continuity of care while collaborating with providers to coordinate referrals. Participate in peer consultation as needed. This role offers a starting caseload of 10–20 patients weekly with full administrative and billing support. No on-call responsibilities or crisis coverage are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico license as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), in good standing
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a telehealth-first environment
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
