Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care, then facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using Affect's evidence-based curriculum. Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when needed, while maintaining timely and accurate documentation in the EMR. Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations. This role requires an active New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC) and experience working with substance use disorder populations. Fully remote work offers predictable schedules, realistic caseloads, and strong clinical support within a mission-driven environment focused on transforming addiction treatment through digital programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC)
