Job Summary
New Logo Account Executive in North America focused on net-new revenue growth through proactive outbound prospecting and end-to-end sales cycles. You will generate and manage pipeline, qualify and close complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals, partner with Business Development and Marketing for target accounts, lead executive-level discovery, position value-based solutions, organize tailored demonstrations with SMEs, and collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, customer success, and professional services to ensure successful deal execution. Travel as needed; 5+ years in quota-carrying outbound SaaS or manufacturing tech sales with a strong record of meeting quotas; strong executive discovery and qualification skills; pipeline generation and disciplined CRM usage; formal training in a recognized sales methodology; familiarity with CRM, ERP, and sales tech ecosystems.
