Job Summary
Strategic New Logo Account Executive responsible for identifying and closing net-new opportunities within a defined territory by leveraging AI-enabled services and a partner ecosystem. You will develop territory plans, craft target account strategies, build relationships across accounts, and collaborate with teams to demonstrate the long-term ROI of ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining a robust pipeline, devising account plans to drive new revenue, executing targeted campaigns, understanding each customer’s technology footprint and business objectives, advancing and closing opportunities, and orchestrating a smooth transition to Account Management after close. Travel up to 50% and a focus on selling SaaS solutions across ITSM, HR, Security, and related areas to grow net-new business while aligning with our partner networks and field teams.
