Job Summary
Conduct events set-up and tear-down for classrooms and multi-purpose rooms, including moving furniture, operating cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, and maintaining inventory. Clean and disinfect tables, chairs, restrooms, and carpets daily while removing trash and managing facility maintenance requests. Open and close campus facilities according to reservations, monitor climate controls, and perform snow removal or traffic control as needed. Respond to fire or security alarms during work hours and run off-campus errands when requested. Work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday for 40 hours weekly, utilizing strong organizational skills and physical stamina to support the department's mission of making disciples in the Pikes Peak region.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 pounds
