Job Summary
Provide safe, effective nursing care per care plans and physician orders, administering medications and treatments accurately while assessing residents and reporting changes promptly. Document all care in the EMR and ensure infection control and safety compliance. Monitor performance and mentor CNAs. Interact effectively with patients, families, and the health team under general supervision. Select your flexible weekend schedule from available levels and complete all duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in state of Wisconsin or licensed in any U.S state and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure by reciprocity. (in good standing)
- CPR certified
- Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
