Job Summary
Coach and model exceptional customer service while overseeing daily work activity for team members across one or more departments. Provide direction on assigning work to manage multiple projects, assist with processing sales transactions, and enforce loss prevention procedures. Act as the Manager-on-Duty at satellite locations or in the absence of upper management to ensure the store remains operationally sound and properly merchandised. Handle routine housekeeping tasks including dusting, mopping, and trash removal while maintaining a working knowledge of all store departments to resolve customer issues and complaints.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs.
