Job Summary
Coach and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor while training and overseeing daily work activities for team members across one or more departments. Act as the Manager-on-Duty by directing store operations, resolving customer issues, and enforcing loss prevention procedures to ensure the store remains operationally sound and properly merchandised. Assist with assigning workloads, processing sales transactions, and performing routine housekeeping tasks including dusting and window cleaning. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible weekly schedules year-round.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
- Basic reading, writing and accounting skills required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a retail setting preferred.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Outstanding customer service skills to match customers to products that meet their needs.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
