Job Summary
Supervise pre-licensed clinicians across multiple Ellie Mental Health clinics to ensure adherence to professional and ethical standards. Provide guidance and feedback to promote clinical excellence and professional growth while collaborating with clinic leadership to maintain high standards of care. Monitor and document supervisee progress in alignment with organizational and state requirements. Candidates must be NJ Board-approved LCSWs qualified to supervise LSWs, LAMFTs, and LPCs, with familiarity with EHR systems including Valant. This part-time, fully remote or hybrid role offers $75-$95/hour plus performance bonuses for dedicated supervisors addressing the mental healthcare gap.
Required Qualifications
- NJ Board-approved LCSW clinical supervisors

- in the state of New Jersey
- Proven experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians in the state of New Jersey
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
