New Jersey LCSW Board Approved Supervisors Only

Supervise pre-licensed clinicians across multiple Ellie Mental Health clinics, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards while providing guidance to promote clinical excellence. Monitor and document supervisee progress in alignment with organizational and state requirements, collaborating with clinic leadership to maintain high standards of care. This role requires NJ Board-approved LCSW status with qualifications to supervise LSWs, LAMFTs, and LPCs, plus familiarity with EHR systems such as Valant. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to remain solution-focused in a fast-paced environment. Reports to the Clinic Director in a part-time, fully remote or hybrid arrangement.
