Job Summary
Maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby and restrooms, ensuring spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready. Respond to guest and departmental requests regarding cleanliness and deliver supplies, linens, and guest-request items as needed. Clean guest rooms when assigned to meet quality standards while removing trash and collecting soiled linens. Follow all safety procedures to maintain an accident-free environment and work collaboratively with team members and other departments. This role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Full-time associates receive a $100 monthly SEPTA stipend and access to competitive pay, medical plans, and 401K retirement.
