Job Summary
New Home Specialist responsible for generating new home sales, creating community marketing campaigns to attract customers, demonstrating model homes and floor plans, understanding architectural and site plans, facilitating contract documents for new home purchases, and delivering 100% customer satisfaction alongside the community builder; requires 2-5 years sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, weekend availability, a reliable vehicle, and professional presentation. Will work within Eastwood Homes' Southeast regions, engaging with local real estate agents and prospective home buyers to drive referrals and close sales.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 Years Sales Experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
- Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
- Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle
- Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
