Job Summary
New Home Specialist responsibilities include creating and initiating community marketing campaigns to attract new customers and maintain relationships with real estate agents; guiding prospective homebuyers through the purchase process from inquiry to closing; demonstrating model homes and floor plans; staying informed on local market conditions and industry trends; and meeting or exceeding sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications emphasize 2-5 years of sales experience, strong communication and customer service skills, real estate license preferred (NC/SC) or willingness to obtain, ability to commute to model homes, and a professional appearance. Required Qualifications
- 2-5 Years Sales Experience
- Pre-employment drug screening and background screening
- Active North Carolina and/or South Carolina real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain as required

- Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle
- Proper business attire and personal hygiene
