The New Home Specialist at Brown Haven is responsible for driving sales in the custom homebuilding sector, requiring a strong sales background and the ability to engage clients effectively. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, delivering accurate price quotes, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining high professional standards. Required Qualifications
- Driven Over Degrees. A bachelor’s is preferred, but grit, results, and ambition matter more.

- Proven Sales Success. 2+ years of home building sales experience, ideally ranking in the top 20% of your team.
