New Home Sales Trainee

Conduct model home tours, welcome prospective buyers, and present product offerings, floor plans, and local amenities while maintaining a polished environment. Prospect for new customers, qualify potential buyers, and guide them through the homebuying journey covering financing, construction, and warranty details. Learn and apply company sales processes, contracts, and procedures through on-site shadowing and structured training to complete the Sales Trainee Program. Transition into a commission-based Sales Representative role upon successful program completion. Weekend and evening availability required.
