Job Summary
New Home Sales Consultant in the Tampa Bay area (Wesley Chapel/Plant City) guiding prospective homeowners through purchasing a new home. Build trust with customers, match needs to the right home, and deliver an exceptional home-buying experience. Responsibilities include meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals, maintaining high customer satisfaction, prospecting and promoting new business, following up with prospects throughout the sales process, maintaining relationships with Realtors, effective communication with customers and team members, understanding the loan process, and working weekends/evenings/holidays. Must have a Florida Real Estate License upon hire and ideally 2+ years of high-end sales or new home sales experience.
