Job Summary
Sales role driving monthly and quarterly home-sales goals for the Minneapolis–St. Paul South Metro team. Responsibilities include prospecting, marketing and promoting new business; following up with prospects; maintaining relationships with Realtors; communicating the loan process; delivering high customer satisfaction; and closing deals with strong negotiation and communication skills. Requires Minnesota Real Estate License (or commitment to obtain upon employment) and a valid driver’s license; commission-based compensation with base salary. Weekend, evening, and some holidays work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minnesota Real Estate License is required. If you do not have one, we will work with you to earn your license upon employment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
