Job Summary
New Home Sales Consultant in Minneapolis-North Metro responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals, prospecting and marketing new business, following up with prospects, maintaining relationships with Realtors, and communicating the loan process. Requires a Minnesota Real Estate License (or ability to earn upon employment), valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Base salary plus commission, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment are offered.
