Job Summary
As a Sales Counselor in our Atlanta Division, you will engage with home buyers to assist them in purchasing their ideal home and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the building process. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a proactive marketing plan, guiding customers from initial contact to contract, managing documentation through closing, and achieving sales goals. Success in this role requires persuasive communication, adaptability in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to build valuable relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to prospect, present, listen, and close sales with home buyers.
- Persuasive communication skills to obtain customer buy-in.
- Ability to navigate change, pressure, and shifting priorities.
- Desire to build relationships with individuals frequently.
- Ability to work weekends with consistent 2 weekdays off.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
