Job Summary
Sell and close PulteGroup home sales, generate referrals, and build relationships with customers and realtors to maximize revenue. Conduct interviews and presentations of models and communities, explain principal and interest payments, taxes, and HOA/CC&R details, and prepare paperwork for home purchases. Coordinate with design center, mortgage, inspection, and settlement departments; keep buyers updated on construction progress; manage backlog; conduct regular competitive shops; audit marketing materials and websites for accuracy. Requires license or certifications as required by the state, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. Located in Avon Lake, Independence, or Cleveland, OH with standard in-person office requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of related functional experience
- Ability to work all posted hours of operation
- Opening and closing of model park and sales center before/after posted hours
- Ability to work weekends and all non-exempt holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with prospective homebuyers
- Completion of Sales Consultant Learning and Certification Program
