Job Summary
Join the sales team of one of the area's foremost homebuilders as a New Home Sales Associate. This position offers an extensive mentoring program and assistance in obtaining your real estate license, making it suitable for candidates without prior experience in new home sales. Candidates must demonstrate strong listening and negotiation skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license is required, along with a valid Florida Driver License and reliable transportation. Weekend work will be expected.
Required Qualifications
- Strong listening, negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent follow-up, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
- Must be motivated, have an eye for detail and positive can-do attitude
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
- Valid Florida Driver License
- Reliable transportation
