Job Summary
ICI Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Associate to build relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through purchasing homes. Responsibilities include conducting model home tours, influencing buyer decisions, showcasing advantages of homes, and maintaining communication with homeowners during construction. Candidates must possess strong negotiation and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, have a high school diploma, and hold an active Florida real estate license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
- Valid Florida driver license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends
