Job Summary
Represent M/I Homes in a professional manner while possessing a positive attitude. Support the New Home Consultant in developing a sales and marketing business plan to achieve division goals. Demonstrate models, inventory homes, and homesites to customers and realtors, discussing features, benefits, and financing programs. Register customers in the Pivotal system and prepare necessary documents during the sales and selection process. Drive the community daily to ensure signage is clean and accurate, following up on any maintenance required. Participate in all sales and training meetings, assisting with weekly Realtor office visits and creating marketing materials like flyers and direct mail. Weekend and holiday work required. Must be a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Florida Real Estate license
- Must be a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the State of Florida

- Ability to work independently and without direction and immediate supervision
- Sets and attains goals or achieves established division goals without constant oversight
- Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate given information relative to selling techniques and potential homebuyer concerns, needs, and issues
- Self-motivated with persuasive, enthusiastic and customer-service oriented personality
- Good negotiation and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to represent the interests of the Company and Division to the public
- Maintains a high sense of personal integrity
- Looks for ways to enhance and bring new ideas to the position
- Excellent computer skills including the use of Docusign, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word and internal CRM
- Ability to manage time effectively to accomplish several tasks concurrently
