Job Summary
Part-time position as a New Home Sales Assistant representing the home buying process in a new active adult residential community. Responsibilities include greeting prospective buyers, making presentations, managing appointments, and maintaining client databases, with a flexible schedule that may require evenings and weekends. No prior experience in home sales is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent inter-personal skills including active listening, approachability, and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn & use training/systems to help close a sale
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Additional Requirements
- No real estate license or previous experience selling homes required
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods of time, and climb stairs
