Job Summary
Greet and welcome visitors to the sales centre and model homes, engaging prospective homebuyers and directing them to Sales Advisors. Maintain a clean, organized sales office and manage daily sign-in procedures to track traffic accurately. Assist Sales Advisors with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and filing, while supporting the preparation and distribution of sales materials and marketing collateral. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate client meetings, tours, and events. Support community launches, special promotions, and other sales office functions as needed. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in alignment with sales office hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or an administrative support role within a fast‐paced, customer‐facing environment
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to professionally greet, engage, and support prospective purchasers, realtors, and business partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate CRM and database systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a demanding, team‐oriented sales environment
- Professional, outgoing, and polished demeanor, with a commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Must be available to work in‐person, including weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Ability to work at various sales centers as required
Desired Qualifications
- Post‐secondary education in business administration, real estate, or a related field
