Job Summary
New Home Quality Reviewer needed to assess newly built homes from a buyer’s perspective, identifying defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism. Reviews take about 1 to 1.5 hours and occur at scheduled construction sites between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with on-site electronic report submission by 5:00 PM. Use a tablet to enter Quality Review Reports; no roof/attic walking required. Requires driving to sites; intro period offered with pay per review. Part-time role with 4–5 days per week (Mon–Fri) and pay per review ranging from $75–$90, with an introductory rate of $65–$75 and a $10 per-house raise after the intro period. Equipment needed includes tablet, blue painter’s tape, and a hard hat. Location listed: Garfield Heights, OH, US. Ideal candidates have General Contractor/Superintendent/Project Manager experience and are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work unsupervised while maintaining thorough, consistent reviews.
