Job Summary
Part-time 1099 New Home Quality Reviewer conducts on-site quality reviews of newly built homes from a buyer perspective, identifying defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism. Reviews take about 1 to 1.5 hours and occur at scheduled construction sites. Travel to sites occurs with work starting between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM; on-site electronic submission of reports by 5:00 PM. Use a tablet to enter review results on-site; training provided for the Quality Review Report in the database. Reviewers are not required to walk on roofs or in attics, and no tools, lights, or ladders are used. Preference for candidates with residential construction experience but not required. Requires tablet, cellular internet, blue painter's tape, hard hat, and email access in the field. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, principled, capable of unsupervised work, and able to drive to sites in the area; driving time between stops may not be compensated. This is a part-time role with availability 4-5 days Monday through Friday; paid per review with rate ranges and an introductory period with different pay. No phone calls please.

- Hard hat (to be worn on site)
- Access to email while out in the field
- Residential construction experience preferred but not required
- Training will be provided on how to enter Quality Review Report in the report database
