Job Summary
New Home Quality Reviewer conducts on-site quality reviews of newly built homes from a customer perspective to identify defects in workmanship, quality, completeness, consistency, and professionalism. Reviews take 1 to 1.5 hours and are scheduled between 8 am and 3:30 pm, with reports submitted electronically on-site no later than 5 PM. Performance requires driving to construction sites, using a tablet to enter Quality Review Reports, and wearing a hard hat on-site. Training is provided for entering reports in the database. No roof or attic walking is required, and no tools, lights, or ladders are used in the review. Residential construction experience is preferred but not required; equipment includes a tablet, blue painter's tape, and internet access via mobile device. Positions are part-time and paid per review within a 1099 arrangement. Intro period pay details apply, with potential pay increases after the introductory period.
