Job Summary
New Home Consultant guides homebuyers through the purchasing process from initial engagement to closing. Leverages proactive sales techniques, customer relationship management, and in-depth knowledge of the housing market to ensure a seamless buyer experience. Key responsibilities include engaging visitors, establishing relationships, determining homebuying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy, generating and closing home sales from self-generated or referred leads with the 10-5-2-1 selling approach, providing timely follow-through through closing and post-closing activities, maintaining the Welcome Home Center, model/inventory homes, and coordinating with Realtors/Co-Brokers to generate leads. Travel within the local community to seek opportunities, maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends, monitor daily customer traffic with company tools, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. Participation in sales meetings and promotional activities is expected, along with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, communication, and a customer-centric mindset. The role requires in-person presence at company communities and job sites, and experience with MS Office and sales-tracking tools is preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
