Job Summary
New Home Consultant role guiding homebuyers through the purchasing process from initial engagement to closing, leveraging proactive sales techniques and Lennar’s selling philosophy. Responsibilities include engaging visitors, generating and closing home sales from self-generated or referred leads, maintaining communications records, keeping Welcome Center/model/inventory homes in good condition, traveling locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and proactive self-prospecting, maintaining knowledge of market and product offerings, tracking daily customer traffic, collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions, participating in sales meetings and promotions, and delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and organizational skills. Requires in-person attendance at company communities/sites; 1-3 years in new home sales or related field preferred, with high school diploma or equivalent required; real estate license preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
