Job Summary
New Home Consultant at Lennar drives home sales by engaging visitors, qualifying needs, and guiding buyers from initial contact to closing using Lennar’s selling philosophy and the 10-5-2-1 approach. Responsibilities include prospecting in the local community, maintaining Welcome Home Center and inventory homes, generating leads from Realtors and referrals, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in marketing initiatives. Requires 1-3 years of sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in-person; high school diploma required with college degree and real estate license preferred. Travel within the local community to generate leads and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
