Job Summary
Guide homebuyers through the purchasing process from initial engagement to closing using proactive sales techniques and the 10-5-2-1 selling approach. Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads while maintaining accurate communication records and follow-through. Engage visitors to determine home buying needs, travel to local communities to generate leads from Realtors, and monitor daily customer traffic via designated tracking tools. Maintain the condition of model homes and inventory, communicate maintenance needs, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions. Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth. Requires a high school diploma, preferred real estate license, and 1-3 years of new home sales experience. Regular in-person attendance at job sites and offices during work hours is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
- Ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds
- Occasional operation of construction equipment
- Finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
