Job Summary
New Home Consultant responsibilities include engaging visitors and determining homebuying needs, generating and processing leads, guiding buyers from initial contact to closing, maintaining Show/Welcome Home Center and model/inventory homes, traveling locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Broker referrals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the competitive housing market, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive sales techniques, strong relationship-building, CRM fluency, travel as needed within the local community, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a customer-service orientation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 1-3 years of related sales experience preferred; proficiency in MS Office and sales-tracking tools is expected; exceptional communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field

- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours
