Job Summary
Engage visitors to determine home buying needs and guide buyers through the purchasing process to close sales, leveraging self-generated or referred leads and the 10-5-2-1 selling approach. Maintain welcoming, well-kept sales centers and model/inventory homes while traveling in the local community to build leads from Realtors/Co-Broker referrals and proactive prospecting. Maintain strong knowledge of the housing market, product offerings, and customer demographics; monitor daily traffic with tracking tools and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. Requires in-person attendance at company communities/job sites; key skills include proactive sales, relationship-building, communication, organization, and customer service, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools. Educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree and real estate license preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience and a self-motivated, independent work style are desired.
