Job Summary
Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy; generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads with the 10-5-2-1 selling approach; maintain communication records from initial contact through closing and post-closing; manage Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting; develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, and customer demographics; monitor daily customer traffic using company tools; collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction; participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
