New Home Consultant

New Home Consultant responsibilities include engaging visitors, establishing buyer needs, generating and closing home sales using Lennar’s selling philosophy and the 10-5-2-1 approach; maintain Welcome Home Center/model homes/inventory homes; travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and proactive prospecting; develop market knowledge, track customer traffic with company tools, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth transactions and high customer satisfaction. Requires in-person attendance at company communities and job sites, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and sales-tracking tools, and the ability to work independently in a construction-site environment.
