Job Summary
The New Home Associate guides families through the home buying journey and supports the sales process from first visit to close, partnering with the New Home Sales Specialist to convert prospects into homeowners. Responsibilities include CRM communication, post-agreement follow-up, building relationships with Realtors, creating and sharing social media content that reflects Betenbough Homes' story and values, participating in team training and role-plays, supporting quarterly sales events (realtor and homebuyer events, open houses), and representing Betenbough Homes in the community while pursuing ongoing improvements in the customer and sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) - both written and verbal competencies
- Must have a current and valid driver�s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
- Ability to lift 5 – 20 pounds.
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Frequent walking on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, rock, etc.).
