Job Summary
New Home Associate supports families through the home buying journey and assists the sales process from first visit to close. Partners with the New Home Sales Specialist to convert prospects, takes appointments, manages CRM communications, and assists with follow-up and post-agreement details. Builds relationships with Realtors, creates and shares engaging social media content about Betenbough Homes, participates in team training and role-play to grow sales skills, and supports quarterly sales events and community presence. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, a current driver’s license, ability to lift 5-20 pounds, and the physical capacity for varied movement; average 40 hours per week (Tue-Sat) with occasional additional events; base pay plus commission; ESOP participation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) written and verbal
- Current and valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by company fleet insurance
- Ability to lift 5-20 pounds
- Physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
- Frequent walking on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, rock, etc.)
