Job Summary
Conduct didactic and simulation training followed by hands-on clinical application across Medical Surgical, ICU, and specialized units. Complete a 10-12 week training phase paired with a 9-month preceptorship, including monthly seminars, formal 30-60-90 day reviews, and an evidence-based capstone project. Work days and nights shifts within Charleston, SC, while earning a sign-on bonus up to $20K. Requires an accredited ASN or BSN, current RN license, and BLS certification. No hospital experience; candidates from Skilled Nursing Facilities with no more than six months of experience are accepted.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - ASN or BSN
- School MUST be accredited
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- TRUE NEW GRAD status
- No hospital experience
- Will accept candidates who are working in Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long Term Care
- No more than 6 months of experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities / Long Term Care
