Job Summary
New Graduate RN Residency Program at Great Falls Clinic Hospital offers a structured transition from student nurse to professional RN with 6–12 months of residency across medical/surgical, surgical services, emergency department, and clinic settings. The program combines orientation/enculturation, online didactic, simulations, skill competency development, and clinical rotations to build confidence and competence. The RN will work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations; development in communication, teamwork, and resilience is emphasized with ongoing feedback and evaluation. Pre-employment screenings (background, drug, health/immunizations) are required; candidates must have an active RN license by the cohort start and may be eligible to apply if not yet licensed. Certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS within 6 months; TNCC/ENPC within 1 year) are expected as applicable to department.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Soon to be licensed as registered nurses (can apply)
- active RN license by start of cohort
- Hands on clinical or in practice nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire
- TNCC, ENPC certification to be completed within 1 year of hire
