Job Summary
The New Graduate RN Residency Program at Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT, supports seamless transition from student to professional nurse for RNs with less than 1 year of practice. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Active RN license by start or eligible to obtain license (Montana or compact state)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire
- TNCC and ENPC certification to be completed within 1 year of hire (if applicable for department)
- Hands-on clinical or in-practice nursing experience
- Ability to participate in rotation through departments such as medical-surgical, surgical services, emergency department, and clinic
- Pre-employment screenings including criminal background check, drug screening, immunizations
