Job Summary
New Graduate RN to join the hemodialysis health care team, delivering safe and effective chronic hemodialysis therapy under supervision; direct/educate Patients about ESRD, dialysis treatment, and related health conditions; oversee and collaborate with Patient Care Technicians, review and transcribe orders, monitor patient response, participate in training and CQI activities, ensure accurate documentation in the Medical Information System, and uphold FMCNA policies and procedures including safety, infection control, and emergency readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Current appropriate state nursing license and registration within the timeframe specified by state regulations or within 90 days from hire date
- Current appropriate state Temporary Permit (where required)
- Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment
