New Graduate Registered Nurse - RN

New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) position in a Fresenius Medical Care dialysis setting. Responsibilities include vascular access evaluation, pre/post-dialysis assessment, cannulation, initiating dialysis per orders, monitoring patient response, essential documentation in patient health records, ensuring safety and cleanliness of dialysis machines and surroundings, data entry into clinical systems, preparation of lab specimens, and coordinating with the nurse supervisor. Requires completion of an accredited nursing program within the last year and obtaining a nursing license within 90 days of hire. Must be able to perform physical tasks including assisting with patient mobility and handling supplies, and may require travel between facilities.
