Job Summary
Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and administer chemotherapy under ONS credentialing requirements on a 1:5 ratio. Develop and modify care plans, coordinate with the healthcare team, and educate families on disease prevention and aftercare. Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite while adhering to ANA standards. You will join a 12-month Nurse Residency Program with monthly education classes to ease the transition from student to professional.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree

- BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- RN-Registered Nurse - DORA - Department of Regulatory Agencies
- Adherence to Standards of Professional Nursing Practice/ Process / Performance [ANA Standards addendum- signed]
- Ability to use medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Microsoft Office Suite
