Job Summary
As a New Graduate Registered Nurse with Baptist Health Paducah, you will engage in prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care for patients, while educating patients and their families. This role also involves leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice. The position is designed for new RN graduates and is part of a Yearlong Transition to Practice Nursing Program. Candidates must possess a current Kentucky RN provisional license or equivalent.
