RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards and scope of practice; participates in Nurse Residency activities, preceptorship, and evidence-based projects; supports learning with mentors and educators; engages in admission assessments, medication administration, documentation, patient education, and communication with care team.
