RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team, applying nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage) to support the transition from student nurse to registered nurse; responsibilities include assessing patient condition, performing procedures and medications administration, documenting care, responding to patient needs, and teaching patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps.
